WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN ORDERING A SPARE NIGHT GUARD AND A REGULAR POP ON NIGHT GUARD?

Spare night guards don’t include a new impression kit. They’re made using the digital molds we already have on file from your original order. The design will match your original guard, with possible slight differences from our detailed hand-finishing process.

WHY WOULD I ORDER A SPARE NIGHT GUARD?

Having a backup is a smart move! Whether you misplace your original, grind through it over time, or want to keep one at home and one in your travel bag, a spare guard keeps you protected without missing a night.

DO I HAVE TO MAKE NEW IMPRESSIONS TO ORDER A SPARE NIGHT GUARD?

Nope! As long as your teeth haven’t changed, we’ll use your original digital molds to create your spare.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO ORDER A SPARE NIGHT GUARD?

You can order a spare night guard up to 90 days from your original purchase date.

CAN I ORDER A SPARE IF I ONLY GOT A TOP OR BOTTOM BEFORE?

Night guards are sold per arch, and we’ll match whichever arch you previously purchased. If you want to get a new guard for the opposite arch, you’ll need to place a new order so we can send you an impression kit for that side.

WHAT IF MY TEETH HAVE SHIFTED OR I’VE HAD DENTAL WORK DONE?

If there have been any changes to your teeth, please order a new Pop On Night Guard so we can send you a fresh impression kit.

WHAT IF I WASN’T HAPPY WITH MY ORIGINAL NIGHT GUARD?

If the original fit was great, your spare will match. If not, we don’t recommend ordering a spare. Instead, reach out to us at team@poponveneers.com so we can help make it right.

CAN I REMAKE MY SPARE NIGHT GUARD IF IT DOESN’T FIT?

Since it’s made from your original molds, spare night guards are final sale. If you’re having an issue, email us and we’ll do our best to help.

HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY SPARE NIGHT GUARD?

We accept all our usual forms of payment for spare night guards — except Partial.ly. If you choose Partial.ly, the discount won’t apply.

WHAT IF IT’S BEEN MORE THAN 90 DAYS SINCE I ORDERED MY NIGHT GUARD?
